Ude i haven har vi stadig nogle sm\u00e5, men l\u00e6kre og modne r\u00f8de stikkelsb\u00e6r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De surs\u00f8de stikkelsb\u00e6r og osten fungerer bare godt sammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle farver stikkelsb\u00e6r kan bruges. Vi havde de r\u00f8de, og farven st\u00e5r flot til salaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opskrift<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2 hoved hjertesalat snittes i mindre stykker.<\/li><li>1\/4 agurk skives i kvarter.<\/li><li>1 tomat skives i kvarter.<\/li><li>50 g emmentaler sk\u00e6res i sm\u00e5 st\u00e6nger.<\/li><li>25 g cashewn\u00f8dder drysses over.<\/li><li>100 g sukkersyltede sm\u00e5 stikkelsb\u00e6r (se nedenfor) drysses over.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sukkersyltede stikkelsb\u00e6r<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sm\u00e5 stikkelsb\u00e6r er bedst til form\u00e5let. Har man flere stikkelsb\u00e6r, ganger man bare op og gemmer resten p\u00e5 atamon-skyllede glas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De kan laves i forvejen, eller lige inden man skal bruge dem, det tager ikke lang tid..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 g sm\u00e5 stikkelsb\u00e6r plukkes og skylles. Hvis der er store stilke, kan man nippe dem af. Blomsterne lader man bare sidde.<\/li><li>B\u00e6rrene kommes i en (lille) gryde sammen med 1\/2 dl vand og 50 g r\u00f8rsukker. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De koges under j\u00e6vnlig omr\u00f8ring til sukkeret er opl\u00f8st og b\u00e6rrene begynder at blive bl\u00f8de.
