S\u00e5 det blev denne ret overd\u00e5dige salat der s\u00e5 glimrende illustrerer begrebet rige salater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er s\u00e5 snart ogs\u00e5 de sidste Doyenne de Comice. Men vi nyder p\u00e6rerne s\u00e5 l\u00e6nge vi kan. Kan holde sig spr\u00f8de lang tid i t\u00e6tsluttende d\u00e5se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>120 g sm\u00f8r smeltes.<\/li><li>1\/2 tsk honning kommes i.<\/li><li>1 dl m\u00e6lk r\u00f8res i.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mens det smelter, blander man i en sk\u00e5l:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 dl speltmel.<\/li><li>3 dl rugmel.<\/li><li>60 g hel kommen.<\/li><li>1\/2 tsk salt.<\/li><li>1 tsk bagepulver.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sm\u00f8rblandingen h\u00e6ldes i og det r\u00f8res godt rundt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det \u00e6ltes p\u00e5 bordet til en smidig kugle. Hvis den er for l\u00f8s og klistret, kommes mere rugmel i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trykkes fladt ud i sk\u00e5len og stilles i k\u00f8leskabet en halv times tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 stykker bagepapir sk\u00e6res ud i bagepladest\u00f8rrelse.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deles i to. Hver del trykkes ud p\u00e5 et stykke bagepapir og rulles derefter tyndt ud. S\u00f8rg for at det er j\u00e6vnt og rektangul\u00e6rt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ved den sidste del af udrulningen, eller hvis dejen h\u00e6nger i rullen, l\u00e6gges et andet stykke bagepapir over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det skal v\u00e6re  2-2,5 mm tykt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det \u00f8verste lag bagepapir vendes og l\u00e6gges over p\u00e5 bagepladen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sk\u00e6res i stykker p\u00e5 3 x 6 cm. Overskydende dej i kanterne l\u00e6gges til side til opsamlings-udrulning senere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stykkerne l\u00e6gges over p\u00e5 bagepladen (p\u00e5 papiret). De m\u00e5 gerne st\u00e5 ret t\u00e6t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gentages med den anden halvdel, og med opsamlingsudrulningen, hvor man dog bruger de to stykker man skar ud p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bages ved 180 grader i 15 minutter (varmluftsovn). Start med 7-8 minutter og forts\u00e6t med 2-3 minutter ad gangen.
